Candidates can apply online only from 01.07.2023 to 21.07.2023 and no other mode of application
will be accepted.
Procedure for applying online

First, open the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) i.e. https://ssc.gov.in/.

Click on the ‘Apply’ button available under the ‘Quick Links’ section on the right of the homepage.

Now find the SSC JE posts, and click on the apply tab in front of it.

Click on the ‘Register Now’ button available on the screen and then click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed further.

Candidates now have to enter some essential details like Aadhar number, parent’s name, gender, date of birth, candidate’s name, mobile number, e-mail ID, etc.

An OTP will be sent over a registered mobile number and e-mail ID. Enter the received OTP in the required column and proceed further. |
| Step [7] |
After successfully verifying the OTP, candidates will now receive a registration ID. The candidates must keep this ID safe with them.

Now, the candidates need to upload a passport-size photograph and signature of the candidates in the format prescribed by the authorities. |
| Step [9] |
The first part of the online registration is completed here, candidates now have to log in using their registered ID and password. |

Now, candidates will be required to enter a few essential details to complete the application form. After entering all the necessary information, candidates must preview all the entered details once before final submission. |

After previewing all the details, candidates now click on the submit button and then press the payment button to pay the application fee. |
| Step [12] |
Pay the application fee as per the preferred online payment method and the registration is completed. |
Documents Required For SSC JE Online Form
The list of documents that a candidate must keep ready with themselves while filling out the SSC JE Online Form 2024
is provided in the table below. Candidates must upload the documents only in the prescribed size and dimensions
otherwise candidates will face errors while uploading the essential documents.
- Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
- Email ID (to be verified through OTP)
- Information about the Board, Roll Number and Year of Passing the Matriculation (10th) Examination
- Disability Certificate Number if you are a person with benchmark disability
- Aadhaar number. If the Aadhaar number is not available, please give one of the following ID Numbers.
(You will be required to show the original document at a later stage):
- Voter ID Card
- PAN
- Passport
- Driving License
- School/ College ID
- Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private)
