Descriptive Writing
  • After the preliminary and mains exams, there is a 30-minute descriptive paper with two questions in English (Letter Writing & Essay), worth 50 marks.
  • If you pass both the preliminary and mains exams, you will have an interview.
  • The final list of who gets hired is based on your marks from the mains exam and the interview combined.

Group Discussion & Interview
  • Group Chat: You want to have a group chat with 20 characters. This is where you talk to others about a topic
  • Interview: This is when you talk to the interviewers one-on-one. It costs 30 points They ask you to see if you are a good fit for the job.
  • OBC Certificate: If you belong to ‘OBC’ category, you need to present a certificate to participate in group discussion and interview.
  • Score Points: You must score points in this round to advance. If you don’t, you won’t be considered for the job.
  • Marks ratio: Your marks from the main exam and interview will be counted as 75:25. Therefore, the two components are the same for the bottom line.
