  • i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 2-08-1997 and not later than 1-08-2006 (both dates inclusive)

    Defence personnel disabled in hostilities with a foreign nation (SC/ST) 8 years
    Civilian Central Government Employees who have rendered at least 3 years of regular and continuous service as on a closing date for receipt of online application Upto 40 years of age
    Civilian Central Government Employees who have rendered at least 3 years of regular and continuous service as on a closing date for receipt of online application (SC/ST) Upto 45 years of age
    Widows/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated and who are not married Upto 35 years of age

Educational Qualifications:
  • LDC/JSA 12th passed or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university
    PA/SA 12th passed or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university
    DEO 12th passed or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university
    DEO in Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) 12th passed in Science Stream with Mathematics as a subject, or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university

  • A candidate must be -
    • a Citizen of India
      OR
    • a subject of Nepal
      OR
    • a subject of Bhutan
      OR
    • a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently setting in India
      OR
    • a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
