Eligibility Criteria

Age (as on 01-07-2022 ):
  • Minimum:    20 years
  • Maximum:   28 years
  • (i.e. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1994 and not later than 01-07-2002.)

Educational Qualification:
  • Candidate must have done graduation in any stream from a recognized university
  • Candidate should possess minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. The candidate must have the certificate as proof of having passed the qualifying examination.
  • The candidate should have a valid mark-sheet/degree certificate that he/she is a graduate on the day of registration and indicating the percentage of marks obtained in graduation while registering online.
  • Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have certificate/diploma/degree in computer operation/language/study computer/information technology as a subject in high school/college/institute .

    • a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Number of Attempts:
  • IBPS Attempts are not counted in Clerk exam. Candidates need not worry about their efforts for the exam.








Pattern

  • The recruitment process of IBPS-CRP-Clerk XII takes place in two stages:
     1. Preliminary Examination
     2. Main Exam
     Most of the major public sector banks require students to qualify for both these exams to get selected for the post of clerical cadre. The main thing to note here is that no interview process is required for the selection of candidates after the main examination. 100% weightage is given to the result of the main examination result.

notes:
  1. Candidate will get 1 mark for each correct answer in Preliminary and Main Examination
  2. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in both preliminary and main examination.
  3. However, no marks will be deducted in case of unanswered questions or questions which were not attempted.
