   •2 years of full-time MMS (Marketing)
   •2 years of full-time MBA in Marketing


• I.T Officer
   •4 years degree in engineering & technology, or
   •Post Graduation in CS/CA/IT/EE/EC// Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Instrumentation, or
   •Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
   •The candidate should have passed DOEACC ‘B’ level along with graduation


• Rahbhasha Adhikari
   •Post Graduation Degree in Sanskrit with English & Hindi as core subjects, or
   •Post Graduation Degree in Hindi with English as a core subject.
  


• HR/Personnel Officer
   •Graduate along with 2 Years Full-time Post Graduation degree, or
   •2 Years Full-time Post Graduation Diploma in Personnel Management/HR/HRD/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work /Labour Law.
  

Notes:  
• In the case of dual specializations, one of the fields of specialization should be in the field prescribed. In the case of major/ minor specializations, major specialization should be in the stream prescribed. Candidates having PG Degree (MMS or MBA)/PG Diploma with more than two specializations are not eligible to apply.
 
• Candidates should ensure that the educational qualification possessed by them shall be as per the prescribed educational qualifications mentioned in the advertisement and they fulfill the above eligibility criteria. No equivalent educational qualification shall be considered as eligible by IBPS or Participating Organisations.
 
• For posts other than IT Officer Scale I: Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.

• There is no experience required for the candidates to apply for IBPS SO Recruitment
